for me its the cost of my ship etc and my clone i dont use implants but my clone cost 11.4mil isk and i cant keep replacing that
Caldari will once again rise above the Gallente and take back Caldari Prime!

well see its not really much about any thing its really matters the player current isk gather if they cant gather isk fast like me then u arew not sutible to pvp cause u wont beable to afford it. and stop tellin people to go in shuttles and try to kill people in 0.0 cause dude thats just suiside cause u cant really survice in any battle s at all soling in a frigate in 0.0 trying to kill people

I dissagree a little bit.
Some ppl come to EVE for just what you said above.
Some ppl come to the game for the Sci-Fi theme.
Most ppl come to the game because it's another MMO, a large portion of them find out about it's cut-throat PvP combat everywhere system, and move on to other games. The ones who can tolerate the system, stay behind and become carebears. A small percentage of these get exposed to PvP & like it, while most view it as griefing.
So we are left with a vast majority who are here for the PvE, can tolerate the PvP, but want no part of it directly.
Then we have the hardcore PvP crowd that have seen their PK'ing liberties diminish since launch, and will fight hard on the forums to not lose any more PK'ing "tactics".
All in all, we are one big dysfunctional family! 
main reason i came to the game cause it actualy was a MMORPG IN SPACE! and i coudent beleve it when i saw it in a magazene. so i got it and started playing in augest 6th 2003.

Most PvP'rs don't know that omelet-online exists.
Eve works on many levels.
Very few people really understand that.
They talk about interaction, symbiosis, interdependency .. the pvp / carebear relationship, but they still miss the point.
The fighting between pvp'rs and carebears isn't even important - it is a convenient distraction.
Both groups are, on the whole, being played, and they don't even know it.
YEAH! the joveans are just using us to accomplish there unseen growing empire in eve lol
